The SeaSide Singers invite all choristers to our Choral Workshop
“The Australian Landscape in Music”
an exciting event to be held on Saturday, 14th October,2017
in the Seascapes Room at Soldiers’ Point Bowling Club
The Day will focus on a workshop where our Music Director, Ellery Durrant, will help us to develop our choral skills in singing the complex rhythms and vocalisations reflecting the sights and sounds of the Australian landscape, which appear in the works of modern Australian composers.
Come and join us as we attempt to keep up with emerging trends in choral music in Australia.
The day will finish with a short public concert from all the choirs represented in the Workshop.
Expected cost will be $50 per person, or $40 per person for groups of 5 or more.
This includes Lunch and all day tea and coffee.
